Week 1 – Energy Eating Like a Boss!

In Week 1 we define your level of Adrenal Fatigue and your goals. In our Coaching Session we address the specific goals you want to focus on during your program.

This week our focus is on creating an environment for success, identifying obstacles and your current situation. You’ll get rid of any temptations and stock the pantry with my recommended staple items. You’ll work with me to identify the nutritional approach that will meet you where you are with AF and start boosting your energy and reducing symptoms right away.

We’ll develop a strategy that fits into your current schedule looking at any limiting beliefs and your motivation.

Week 2 – Creating Habits That Stick

In Week 2 you start to look at creating habits that stick.You’ll re-focus your current approach and start developing new habits to reflect your body’s unique needs with Adrenal Fatigue.

Our coaching session will focus on identifying which areas you need to address to do this and the steps needed to set this in place. You’ll create a vision, and goals that you would like to aim for over your program.

Week 3 – Nutrition & Our Body

In Week 3 you’ll really start to notice a difference in your sleep and energy levels. You’ll also start to notice changes in your body. You’ll notice increased energy, less brain fog, bloating and inflammation as well as less anxiety and a better mood. In our Coaching session we’ll look at your beliefs around nutrition and the relationship with your body.

Week 4 – Eating for Energy, Sleep & Sparkle

In Week 4 we address meal timing and how to eat the correct macronutrients with Adrenal Fatigue to increase your energy, quality of sleep and clarity in mindset. We look at how to tell when you’re feeling your best based on how you’re eating from a hormonal perspective.

In our Coaching Session, we’ll create a nutritional blueprint for your AF based on your lifestyle and where you’re at.

Week 5 – Your Hidden Mental Triggers: Rewiring Your Brain

In Week 5 you’ll notice a big improvement in your natural energy and clarity in your mindset.

This week you’ll learn how to expose your limiting beliefs and thoughts that cause you unconscious stress and unlock the mental triggers causing anxiety and Adrenal Fatigue.

In our Coaching Session we examine limiting beliefs and thoughts in achieving a stress-free approach to our daily routines. We develop strategies around re-wiring your thoughts to de-stress in any situation and clarify your mind.

Week 6 – Stress : Your Emotions & Behaviours

In Week 6 we identify the unconscious situations, behaviours and emotions keeping you stuck. We’ll look at

  • how the situations and behaviours that trigger your AF symptoms can be re-framed
  • how your emotions influence your actions
  • strategies around how you can control this

Week 7 – Mastering Real Time Resilience & Grit

Week 7 is all about building resilience and the exact strategies you can take to boost your confidence, clarity and control, lowering daily anxiety and stress. 

In our Coaching Session, we explore resilience and the real time strategies you can take to grow from adversity and tough situations. We explore common thinking traps, mindset and perspective as well as create boundaries in your life to support your journey to recovery.

Week 8 – Energise Your Life (Systems + Natural Supplements)

In our Coaching Session we’ll work together to creating more energy and satisfaction in your life including how to increase energy naturally and where mindfulness, connection and external energy like supplements fit in.

Week 9 – Energy & Movement

In Week 9 we explore a movement practice and Adrenal Fatigue. We establish the moving parts in the what, the how and the when specific to you and your unique situation. Movement is an important part of your recovery plan. If done properly, it will help your adrenals boost their function and your energy long term, along with the other physiological and metabolic benefits.

In our coaching session, we’ll also create a movement blueprint in our Coaching Session for your AF based on your lifestyle and where you’re at.

Week 10 – Wellbeing: Your Character Strengths & States of Flow

In Week 10 we identify your unique character strengths and states of flow that deepen your engagement, connection, purpose, meaning and energy naturally. 

In our Coaching Session, we explore wellbeing, happiness and using a Positive Psychology framework, develop a Wellbeing Blueprint specific to your flow states to start creating a life you are deeply engaged, happy and fulfilled with.

Week 11 – Mastering Emotions and Situational Perspective

In Week 11 we look at managing emotions, emotional intelligence and your perspective 

In our Coaching Session, we organise your unconscious thoughts that result in the mix of emotions you feel when you’re stressed, discarding the limiting thoughts and beliefs that no longer serve you and develop your unique and powerful self-managed framework based on a neuroscience approach to optimise your emotions and perspective in life

Week 12 – Creating a life you LOVE

What would your ideal life look like?

In Week 12 you set your vision for the next 12 weeks based on your strengths and goals.

In our Coaching Sessions we’ll look at your vision and set SMART goals, exploring how to harness your individual strengths to create a life you love. You’ll create a Wellness Blueprint, so you have a program going forward, with

  • key lessons you’ve learnt
  • key strategies to implement
  • key support systems and
  • action steps in each Program Pillar; Stress, Nutrition, Energy & Positive Emotions
